Payment Policy

Turn 2 Chiropractic is a pay-per-treatment clinic.  Patients are expected to pay for the treatment on the day of service.  Receipts are issued to the patient which they may submit to their insurance company for re-imbursement under their personal benefit policy.  The only exception to this policy are patients who are involved in open MVA claims.  In those cases, Turn 2 Chiropractic will direct bill for treatment, once the patient’s insurance provider has approved the care plan.  Any modalities performed, which are not covered by the active MVA claim, are the responsibility of the patient.
